I had never heard of Garcinia until a few weeks ago, but now I'm a self proclaimed expert. First off not all Garcinia products are the same. Some have other stuff added or make promises they can't keep. This Ultimate Garcinia is just Garcinia. There are no other supplements added.
These pills are just the right size to make them easy to take. They aren't too big or small nor to they taste nasty. I love that they don't leave a horrible after taste as well. It makes it easy to keep them as part of a daily routine.
Garcinia is suppose to help people lose weight. I haven't been on them long enough to see that effect, but I have had a tremendous burst of energy! I don't even need caffeine to get through the day. I think that's the best benefit of this supplement!
I would recommend this to everyone who needs to lose weight and gain energy.
